Port of Call Restaurant & Staff aim to complete your dining experience through quality and consistency. 

Open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, 7 days a week from 7am ‘till late, Port of Call has a variety of dishes to tempt your tastebuds with from Fresh LIVE Local Lobsters to Eggs Benedict. Focusing on Modern Australian Cuisine our seasonal menus are developed around the freshest of local produce with flavours that excite and stimulate the palate. Port of Call Restaurant also caters for special dietary eaters, vegetarians and children. Dine in air-conditioned comfort or alfresco on our terrace overlooking the magnificent panoramic views of Nelson Bay.

Dine or Drink – Port of Call is fully licensed with an extensive array of local and well-known products, a large cocktail list, espresso machine and Heineken on Tap – indulge in cocktails by the pool or enjoy pre-dinner drinks.

Whether relaxing in the modern coffee lounge, listening to afternoon tunes, live music or watching sport on the big screen everyone is welcome.

based upon quality and consistency.

Port of Call’s Head Chef Chris (original chef since establishment) and his award winning team have planned and prepared each dish using fresh, seasonal, local
produce with flavours and textures that complement one another in a way that
ensures every mouthful excites and stimulates the palate.

Port of Call Restaurant provides an extensive range of services to guests including; Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, all day snacks, dinner as well as alcoholic beverages and cocktails. We also cater for family events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations along with conferences and functions.

For the Children

Port of Call Restaurant is child friendly! Our children’s menu is served for both Lunch and Dinner and is accompanied with a FREE Drink and FREE Ice Cream. Children are usually served first so as to keep then occupied and the LIVE Lobster Tank serves as a great babysitter- they are mesmerised! We have activity books for colouring and a T.V. Room with a minimal selection of children’s DVDs, your children are sure to be kept entertained so as you and our other guests can enjoy their dining experience.

Port of Call Restaurant has a fully licesensed bar stocked with a
variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to refresh  you as you unwind in the relaxing atmosphere.
The Bar stocks a full range of Champagne, Red & White wine, along with Premium imported and local beer products.
Our extensive range of spirits and liquors allow for indulgent and
exotic cocktails which can be enjoyed in the restaurant or by the pool.
 The bar also has a variety of non-alcoholic drinks from juices and soft drinks to smoothies and frappes. Schibello espresso coffee is served in the restaurant and is available take away.
