Port of Call would love to share this special day with you both.

Anything is possible… it’s ‘Your Day – Your Way’. 

With seating for up o 150 and room for 300 socialising any size or style of wedding can be arranged. Our wedding co-ordinator is excitedly waiting to assist you. From walking down the isle at the ceremony to exiting the reception as husband and wife, all can be organised by Port of Call Restaurant and Function Centre.


The Ceremony


Deciding upon a ceremony venue can be extremely difficult especially if not living locally. Port of Call has a variety of suggestions to offer from churches to beaches, parks and lighthouses. Or why not make it easy for everyone b having the ceremony at Port of Call. Our outside terrace with panoramic views of the bay is often set up for wedding ceremonies, allowing guests to move straight on to canapés and beverages immediately proceeding the ceremony. With an alternative for wet weather (haven’t had a wet one yet!) Port of Call can also be utilised as a back up venue.

The Reception


Time to relax and enjoy the moment!

The Reception is where we celebrate our special day in the company of those we love. Port of Call Restaurant & Function Centre prides itself on personalised service and attention to detail so that your wedding can run smoothly and professionally on one of the most important days of your life. 

Port of Call is perfectly situated with panoramic views of the bay. With seating for up to 150, and room for 300 socialising any size or style of wedding can be arranged. For smaller weddings the restaurant can be partitioned to create the perfect atmosphere. Port of Call is lined with full glass windows leading onto the large terrace that captures the magnificent water views of Port Stephens, often utilised for pre-dinner beverages and canapés, photos or the wedding ceremony.

The following packages are samples only; we like to cater for your individuality, special requirements and needs. Once your wedding is booked your wedding co-ordinator will arrange appointments to develop a package based upon your needs.


Alcohol & Beverage Packages


Option 1: Open Bar charge on consumption basis

In consultation with your wedding co-ordinator an approximate monetary figure can be estimated for the reception based upon the number of guests and their drinking level. On the evening of the reception the bar staff will communicate with a delegate as to how the tab is progressing. This delegate will have the option to increase/decrease or pause the tab at any time.

Inclusions: (Conditions apply)

One night’s accommodation for the bride and groom at the Landmark Resort  

Room set up with round tables of up to ten guests per table.

White tablecloths, linen napkins and (minimal decorations available).

Roving microphone and PA system. Dance floor area.

Present table, Cake Table, Cut and bagging of wedding cake.

Canapés on arrival, dinner rolls and freshly steamed vegetables.

Choice of meals for the bridal table, 

Placing of flower arrangements, name place tags and other decorations on tables

Tea & Coffee Station


Costing: (subject to inflation)

Costing is based upon menu and meal choice, below is a guideline to work from.

When looking at the pricing, it is a per person rate and includes everything excepting beverages.

Menu 1 – 2 course $75pp approx

Menu 1  - 3 Course $85pp approx

Menu 2 – with seafood $85pp 

Menu 2 – without seafood $70pp


Deposit & Payment

We require a deposit of $500 to secure your booking 

until a deposit had been received your special date is not yet confirmed. 

Final numbers a required two weeks prior to the date. 

Total payment is due in advance or on the night.

A full refund of your deposit is available if you cancel twelve months prior to your date.

So many of your guests travel a long way to celebrate in your wedding and it has probably been a while since so many of the people closest to you have all been together. Why not make the most of the opportunity and the Bride/Groom’s free breakfast by inviting your closest family and friends to an extravagant buffet breakfast for a King.

Whilst one nights accommodation is provided for the Bride/Groom, 

your guests may also require accommodation. The Landmark Resort located 

adjacent and above Port of Call has 118 various apartments available. 

Group discounts do apply subject to conditional approval.
